Alex Robertson is a Louisiana trial lawyer who handles complex wrongful death, serious injury, and insurance coverage cases in both state and federal court. He has handled many intricate, multi-million-dollar cases for his clients in legal matters involving first-party insurance disputes (including hurricane damage), asbestos exposures, products liability, catastrophic trucking and automobile accidents, and premises liability.
Before co-founding Marcelle Robertson Mestayer LLC, Alex worked as a litigation attorney at two blue-chip defense firms in New Orleans, Louisiana defending corporate clients in asbestos, products liability, premises liability and 18-wheeler cases.
