Hell, if you could give someone a Ten-Star rating, you might as well give it to Jacques and the rest of the gang. After trying to get through to my insurance company for nearly a year after Hurricane Ida, a family friend put me in touch with Jacques and the team.

After a month of them handling the situation, they had already broke ground with the stubborn insurance company and gotten a dollar figure out of them for my home/property damages.

Unfortunately, the insurance company went under after obtaining only a portion of the funds for the repairs, however after being very persistent with LIGA, and what was left of my insurance company, Jacques was able to secure the remaining funds.

While it was a head ache dealing with my mortgage company to receive the funds, Jacques and the team stuck through and kept it professional and down to earth. Ultimately pushing for the funds in which the mortgage company would have just held onto, despite repairs being paid out of my own pocket.

As someone who doesn’t really care for attorneys, I think it’s safe to say that I would call these guys back the next time I’m in a situation with my insurance company, versus trying to handle it myself.

Ultimately while it was a waiting game between the mortgage company and repairs being paid out, it would not have been possible without Jacques and the gang.
